Residents of Pont-en-Royans (Isère), a commune in the lower west of Vercors, say they have once again observed, on Thursday evening, the passage of two ovoid craft crossing the sky above the town.
For several days, sightings have multiplied in the same region. Last Sunday, several dozen people claimed to have seen such "flying objects" between 6:40 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., and described them as being very fast and silent. However, opinions differed on the altitude at rooftop level or "in the firmament".
However, accustomed to planes flying over their navigation corridor, the witnesses stated they are sure that they had not made a mistake. Their opinion was in line with other similar observations made recently in the Drôme and Ardèche.
It should also be noted that a flying object moving at very high speed was seen on Thursday evening in Orange (Vaucluse) by a retired aviation officer, Captain Maurin, who lives in a villa located on the hill overlooking the town.
The elongated object was flying, according to the observer, at an altitude of 3000 meters.
