MICHELE MORGAN
her too, saw
flying saucers

This time, there's no longer any doubt: flying saucers truly exist. The proof? Well, here it is, and you'll have to admit that it's decisive, irrefutable, and all that.

The night before last, Michèle Morgan, who once played Joan of Arc and is currently one of our national treasures, was walking on the Esplanade des Invalides (let's note for historians that it was exactly 7:40 p.m.) when she witnessed a truly extraordinary spectacle.

Let her speak:

"I saw, over the esplanade, in the open sky, two luminous globes, the larger of which looked like a big star. And I'm sure it wasn't the lights of the Eiffel Tower, nor those of an airplane, because I suddenly saw it rise vertically."

"An elderly gentleman who was near me and also noticed the phenomenon ran away like a young sprinter."

"When I got home, I immediately called my husband to tell him about my extraordinary emotion. He listened skeptically. Nevertheless, I'm sure I wasn't the victim of a hallucination."

Until now, the testimonies collected about flying saucers have lacked a bit of weight.

Michèle Morgan lends her gracious authority to the legion of those who have seen flying saucers.

How can one still doubt that there are strange aircraft in the sky?

Since the most beautiful and beloved of our film stars tells you so.

It's impossible to remain skeptical, unless you're the worst kind of boor.

GANGSTER MARTIAN
or gangster disguised
AS A MARTIAN?

Bristol, 24 (U.P.). -- Disguised as a Martian: wearing an interplanetary flight suit and diver's goggles, a bandit—or perhaps a prankster—attacked the paymaster of a guided missile factory, as one might expect.

Armed with a water pistol, the space man was driven off by security guards before he could seize the cashier's bag containing 400,000 francs, but not before thoroughly soaking his victim with his toy weapon.
