The Guengat saucers seemed to have navigation lights

Quimper, the 22nd. -- A new area of Cornouaille has just emerged as a favored terrain for flying saucers. These latest testimonies should not be dismissed as a joke. The farmers from the hamlets of Grunquellic and Lestraon, in Guengat, are trustworthy observers, well known in their community, where they are held in general esteem.

The events took place on Thursday evening. Mr. Goaer, a farmer at Trinquille, was busy with various tasks in the courtyard of his farm. It was around 7:30 p.m. when he saw in the sky (the object was no more than 200 meters high) a green-colored object, with a red section at the rear. This object was glowing but did not emit light and was moving at high speed from Locronan toward Plonéis and the Bigouden area.

Mr. Goaer wanted to alert his family, but he did not have the time - the saucer, quickly obscured by a curtain of trees, had vanished.

Previously a skeptic, Mr. Goaer declared himself now convinced of the existence of saucers.

A SECOND SAUCER

A little later, around 8:30 p.m., other farmers living near Mr. Goaer - Mr. Leroux (father and son) from Crinquellic, and Mr. Hascoët from Lestraon - witnessed similar phenomena.

This time, the saucer was traveling in the opposite direction (perhaps returning to its base!). It no longer had quite the same appearance: a red ball was heading this time toward Locronan, lighting up and going dark alternately (let us recall, on this note, that Mr. Le Viol and residents of Fouesnant recently reported the same phenomenon).

Mr. Leroux and Mr. Hascoët only saw this ball for a few moments.

Finally, around 9:00 p.m., Mr. Quéau, from Lestraon, had his room suddenly lit up by a flash of light, the cause of which he does not know, but which he attributes to a saucer.
