O.V.N.I. soit ...

ALL U.F.Os. are not U.F.Os. This is apparent from the report prepared by the gendarmes of Fousseret, a small village near Toulouse, investigating since Wednesday on the passage of a luminous object seen by a resident of the town.

The latter, Mr. Capblanquet, 39 years old., at about 6 o'clock, had seen with his own eyes a luminous object above the farm at La Planque; which was moving towards the south to disappear behind a wood.

A little distraught at the thought of being "sucked" like this resident of Cergy-Pontoise, Mr. Capblanquet did not take the time to take measurements of the machine. He could not, therefore, provide any useful information to the investigators.

Insightful and patient, the gendarmes put an end to the fears of the villagers by surprising, yesterday, themselves, the "phenomenon": two electric wires that touched. The latter, isolated again, were left free.
