Mr. Blondel and ten of his neighbors living in Baisieux (the Nord), close to the Belgian border, observed Thursday evening a strange phenomenon during nearly a quarter of hour. They saw a ball passing from the red to the purple rotating like a spinning top, going up and go down while oscillating and while describing large circles from the left to the right.
This UFO with capricious evolutions projected rays so dazzling that the witnesses had to wipe their pricklings and tearful eyes, they claim.
