UFO, or not, in Paris, France.

Headlining "UFO on Paris", the "Repas Ufologiques" in Paris give a call to witnesses for an observation of which it is said that the witness was in Paris, at the side of the Eiffel Tower, on the side of the military academy, on July 14, 2009 at 10:45 p.m., ready to photograph the fierworks whereas the Johnny Halliday concert was just over. The "UFO" is described as an orange form, almost round, which moved slowly from left to right, and " by the time I pointed my camera towards the object and zoomed in, it had disappeared behind a tree in front of me" [The thing was thus probably not vers high up] whereas a man also filmed it, and that certainly many people had see it.

The description screams "chinese lantern" to me.

Chinese lantern video makes sensation again, Carlisle, U-K.

The News And Star newspaper's website wonders on July 4, 2009, about a "UFO over Carlisle?" which was spotted by a group of people and filmed in Carlisle "on Easter Sunday night", that is, months ago, on April 12, 2009. Some "UFO websites" shared the same excitment.

The video looks just like a one more video of one more chinese lantern.
