The witness reports from the Polihale State Park: "My wife and I were at located on the north-west side of Kauai and viewed the sunset on May 20, 2007, and were talking while observing the night sky. The quarter moon and Venus, over the ocean was to my back, and a Dipper Star Constellation was over my left shoulder, as I stood facing inland. At 1930 hours, while looking above the mountain range at the night sky, I noticed what I thought to be a star at first, growing in size and light intensity. It expanded while keeping a perfectly circular shape, and it brightened in proportion to it's growing size. I'd estimate that at its largest, it was just larger than a dime held at arm's length. There seemed to be a smaller grey-ish circle at its center. It remained enlarged for 5 seconds or so, and then began to decrease in size."
"Startled, I tried to help my wife off the tailgate of the truck so she could see it. In doing so I looked away for a moment, and when I looked again, it now looked like just another star in the sky. It remained stationary for 5 seconds or so, then began to move in a south-easterly direction. I have observed satellites, and it look like this except it moved a bit faster. I felt disoriented driving home. The satellite/ISS tracking Internet page shows nothing was overhead within two hours."

The witness reported to NUFORC from Fertile: "As our family waited on May 12, 2007, we saw a fast moving red object approaching from the south, that at first we thought was a satellite at 10:56 p.m.. Then as it turned southwest we saw two white lights on either side of the red light. The three lights formed the classic triangular shaped object many people have reported in the past. We tried to listen for an airplane sound or a jet sound, but heard none. I am a commercial pilot and work in the aerospace industry, I am 100% sure that this was not a typical aircraft that I could identify."

Geroge Filer reports that in a bright white light was seen hovering over a house in McCracken, on May 8, 2007 at 2:33 a.m., by DM (name deleted to protect witness anonymity). Local resident RT (name also deleted from report) also saw the UFO as it flew over his house in McCracken. He described, "It was metallic, white and shaped like a upside down cake pan. And the object was hovering about 30 feet above the street before it shot upward at incredible speed and disappeared in the clear night sky. "It was unlike anything I have ever seen before in my life." T says, "I heard a buzzing noise, and ran outside to see this amazing sight..."
George Filer notes that "this report sounds quite interesting and dramatic considering that the object was apparently close to the witnesses. I have not yet contacted the witnesses to obtain more information. Updates will be posted."
