Summary:

The regional newspaper La Voix du Nord, in the local issue of Cambrai for October 20, 1954, mentioned an observation "Monday" therefore on October 18, 1954, at 9 p.m., in Villers-Outréaux, by a craftsman embroiderer. The newspaper just said it was a saucer or a "luminous craft", and ensured that the good faith of the witness was unquestionable.

VILLERS-OUTREAUX

Flying saucers

These machines seemed to neglect our territory despite the assiduous observers.

Since yesterday Monday, this oversight has been repaired since Villers had the honor of the passage of two saucers. Luminous craft were indeed spotted one in the morning, the other at 9 p.m., by two craftsmen embroiderers, one living in rue Gambetta, the other in rue Jean-Jaurès. Let us add that the good faith of these serious witnesses cannot be doubted.
