also interested in ufology, I had the pleasure to stumble on your website which is, by the way, very well done!

I thus decided to share my experience...

I was in Javea, in Spain, with friends in July 2003. We had rented a villa which had a roof which was also a terrace.

One evening, several of my friends went to have fun at the festival downtown. I stayed at the villa with another pal. This evening there, we were on the roof to quietly drink a few beers. We looked at the stars when one of it caught my attention. I showed it to my friend who was as astonished as I was! It was above the sea. It was static and remained brilliant, like a star in fact, but much larger! It had to be about 4 to 5 times the size of a star. We wondered what that could ahe really been. We initially thought of a headlight whose lens would have stopped rotating or a projector on the mast of a boat, but it was impossible! Because our villa was on a cliff but of a hundred meters approximately which gave on the sea and the light was even higher. Approximately with an angle of 35° above the horizon. Therefore if it were a boat, its mast should have been 500 meters high at least... That's of course impossible.

Then we continued to observe while drinking our beers. We had really observed this light for 45 minutes! It did not move, did not scintillate. As if a projector were directed towards us. Then, having no beer we went down again to get some in the kitchen, when returning up, the light had disappeared! When I see my pal again, we still speaks about it but we do not have any idea of what that could really have been!
