I made a fascinating observation on March 24 2004 [corrected: 2005, see below], when I arrived at the office I said to myself that I was to speak about it, therefore I sent an email to a local television channel, thinking for myself that perhaps other people having seen the same thing would do the same. Here the text which I sent:

Hello, I takes the trouble to write to you in case other people would take the initiative to do it. One could even call that courage in the end... So here it goes; today on March 24, 2005, at about 12:15 P.M. un my lunchtime i was on Henry IV southernly direction when i saw something above Ste-Foy. it was a black or dark enormous object at low altitude, the shape of a cigar or saucer. I thought at once that it was an airship, but at the end of a few seconds it became brilliant before disappearing for 2-3 seconds and reappearing. I was stunned and i had a bad time looking at the road. I took the Charest exit since i was going to the Latulippe store in St-Vallier. I took the exit extremely gently to be able to continue observing it. It seemed to move quietly towards Quebec. I have been able to continue observing it a little until my line of vision was interupted by the cape which borders Charest. To my great surprise, I saw it again when I was in St-Vallier, it had moved from left to the right and it was in diagonal position. I still saw it shine, disappear and reappear. After that I lost it because of the buildings. Arrived at the carpark of the Latulippe store, I immediately asked the security agent at the outside if he had seen something. I was afraid to be taken for a fool, but I made a point of at least asking,, who knows maybe he would have seen it, but not at all. In short I do not know what that was, but one thing is sure, it was gigantic, of unusual shape and fascinating to look at. There was certainly tens of people and even more who must have seen it like me. You couln not have missed it on Henry IV,, it was right there at the horizon. I only hope i wasn't the only one to report this observation. I am someone very balanced, I am a young businessman which would not waste his time unnecessarily. I simply do not know what i observed. But curiously, once back at my office i saw helicopters! and F18. Extremely probably a coincidence, or if not they had a radar echo! In any case I am happy to have observed that, not matter what it was.

Hello,

I sent my observation report to you; which you published (http://ufologie.net/rep/24mar2004canada-ca0002f.htm), I realize that I made an error concerning the date, it is not 2004,,mais 25005 indeed, last March in short,. I thought it was better to let you know, if ever someone else had seen the phenomenon.
