FLYING SAUCER. That's what Chillicothe thought this strange device was when Mrs. Sherman Campbell, a farmer's wife, brought it into this town yesterday. Weather experts said it was only a meteorologist's intrument that settled down in the Campbell farm in Pickaway County. Note the deflated balloon hanging from the kite.
