BALLOONS LIFT "SAUCER" -- Helium-filled balloons carry the radar-reflecting "ray wind" [sic, Rawin] believed to be the "flying saucer" high into the air. when they reach 20.000 to 25.000 feet, the balloons burst and the reflecting-screens sails along with the wind. At high altitude, the screen appears shiny and disc-shaped. The Naval Air Station released its first "ray wind" here Wednesday afternoon.
