I live in Nice close to the harbour, November 5 towards 11 a.m., I was smoking a cigarette on my balcony, then I always like to look at the sky which moreover was completely clear, then there was a rather oval metallic object which appeared rather high in the sky at approximately 3000m height and approximately 1000m from me with a somehow disordered flight but very very slow flight (a plane would have fallen down at that speed, even a small single-engined aircraft) and rectilinear, above 2 airliners much more, with the condensation trail ... I wondered what that could be, then 1 minute later another identical object appeared, same behaviour and same height (the other was still visible)... considering the speed of evolution to cross my field of vision (approximately 140°), I said to myself: quick, the dig. camera... less than 10 seconds to rush back on the balcony... well, nothing anymore. I add that that could not be tourism plane and even less an helo, for multiple reasons: - I am knowleageable in planes - no noise - of oval form - overflight of the city prohibited (all the planes skirt the littoral, except the air lanes which is at 10000m), and that was fully above the City Center. That's it, I checked the local daily newspaper the next day for this occurrence..i found nothing. I hope that other people who made this observation will come forward. Yours sincerely
