Tarbes, April 8. -- A doctor from Tarbes, Mr. Camps, and his wife, saw at the end of the day yesterday, a flying machine that was turning and spinning at a great speed and height.
This machine of flat and round shape, red in color, very bright, did not seem to follow a precise direction.
Residents of the small village of Ger, 8 km from Tarbes, also observed the same phenomenon at the same time. The mysterious machine disappeared in the direction of Spain.
