Biarritz, March 23. -- A "flying saucer" was seen this morning over Biarritz. A person who followed its movements with binoculars stated that the craft, which had the shape of a silvery circle, circled for a moment, stopped for more than a minute, then moved away, first at a slow speed, then at a faster speed in the direction of Spain.
