In the Allier, a witness claims to have seen two peculiar objects in the sky

Moulins, September 21. -- A resident of Moulins was going, during a weekend in Rougères, small commune in the Allier, when Sunday, in the afternoon, around 04:30 p.m., he saw in the sky, a machine in the shape of a cigar and a few seconds later, a second object in the shape of a sphere flew in a circle in fifteen seconds and quickly took the direction of the Southeast.

This testimony was known only yesterday evening following a report that the resident of Moulins whose identity was not revealed addressed to the prefect Allier.
