The article below was published in the daily newspaper Var-Matin - République, France, on July 11, 1965.
A resident of Bahia Blanca (a large crop port located 900 km south of Buenos Aires) claimed to have seen a pinkish flying saucer crossing the Argentine sky from south to north. Mr. Carlos Taboada, that's his name, even brought the photograph he managed to take of the craft to the local authorities.
Local astronomers did not hesitate to describe it as exceptional because, in the middle of the saucer that appears on the print as a shooting star, a rectangle cut by large vertical lines can be seen.
