Moulins, 21. -- A resident of Moulins had gone over the weekend to Rongères, a small town in the Allier department, when on Sunday afternoon, around 4:30 p.m., he spotted a cigar-shaped object in the sky and, a few seconds later, a second object in the shape of a globe. This globe, very bright, completed a circle in 15 seconds and quickly headed southeast.
This testimony only became known last night following a report that the man from Moulins, whose identity has not been disclosed, sent to the prefect of Allier.
