A "flying cooking pot"

Abbeville, 16. -- In Abbeville, Mrs. Widow Bonnard, aged 79, claimed to have seen a "flying cooking pot," illuminated, gliding silently in the direction of the sea.

She strongly denies having been the victim of a hallucination.

The Estrées-Deniécourt saucer:
an electricians' prank (that went wrong!)

The flying saucer of Estrées-Deniécourt, near Amiens, was nothing more than a prank by a few electricians from a local company who admitted they just wanted to have some fun.

An official report was filed against them for contempt of magistrate, and a report was forwarded to the public prosecutor of Amiens.
