For more than fifteen minutes they observed it at Papantla without knowing if it is a flying saucer as they say
In three places in the state of Veracruz we have already seen the flying saucers, according to the version of the officers of the garrisons of Papantla, Poza Rica and now by that of Pánuco. According to these data, on this third occasion, the first to observe the strange luminous body was Professor Moisés Becerra Castellanos, a serious and recognized person from the city of Pánuco, who triedt to gather other remarkable people from the locality to confirm that it was flying at high altitude last Sunday.
The reports to which we refer claim that the flying saucer or the strange luminous body could be distinguished in the sky of Panuco for more than fifteen minutes.
The passage of the flying saucer was estimated to have taken place at eight o'clock and heading west of the locality, where the flying disc had appeared on other occasions.
The reports add that the flying disc could not be mistaken for a shooting star like those that cross so much sidereal space, because its light was larger and whiter and it was of course noted that it was moving at a height lower than that of the stars.
The flying disc exhibited the characteristic of variation of its colors, because while moving away it was sometimes reddish and other times white or yellowish and there was not exactly a shape of saucer but rather that of a mysterious plane.
The appearance of these craft, terrestrial or from other planets, intrigued people in the north of the state of Veracruz, by the frequency of their appearances, although there is the fact that their presence coincides with the celebration of International Geophysical Year.
The Army High Command has taken note of the reports and is preparing to investigate with its technicians to confirm whether these objects are being launched by any of the US science centers or other parties of the world, in order to satisfactorily explain their presence and end the dicsussions and the alarms.

En tres lugares del Estado de Veracruz se han visto ya, los platívolos, según la versión de oficiales de las guarniciones de Papantla, Poza Rica y ahora por la de Pánuco. Conforme con esos datos, en esta tercera ocasión, el prímero en observar el extraño cuerpo luminoso, fue el profesor Moisés Becerra Castellanos, persona seria y de reconocida honórabilidad de la cíudad de Pánuco, quien procuró reunir a otras personas conspícuas de la localidad, para la confirmación de lo que, volaba a gran altura el domíngo próximo pasado.
Afirman los informes a que nos referimos, que el platillo volador o el extraño cuerpo luminoso puda distinguirse en el cielo de Pánuco, por más de quince minutos.
El paso del platívolo se calcula que fue como a las reinte horas y por el rumbo oeste de la población, en donde ha aparecido en otras ocasiones el platillo volador.
Agregan los informes que no puede contundírse el platívolo con una estrella fugaz der las cuales cruzan tantas el espacio sideral, en virtud de que su luz es más grande y blanca y se advierte desde luego que se desplaza a más baja altura que las estrellas.
Presentaba el platívolo las características de variantes en sus colores, pues conforme se alejaba eran a veces rojízas y otras blanco o amarillento y no se observaba una forma precisamente de plato sino más bien como un avión misterioso.
La aparicíón de estos aparatos terrenales o de otros planetas, tiene intrigados a los habitantes de todo el norte del Estado de Veracruz, per la frecuencia de sus aparíciones, aunque existe la circunstancia de que sus presencias coíncíden con la celebración del año geofísico.
El alto mando del ejército se ha concretado a tomar nota de los partes rendidos y se dispone a practicar algunas investigaciones por conducto de sus técnicos para confirmar si esos cuerpos están siendo lanzados por alguno de los centros científicos de los Estados Unidos o de otras partes del mundo, con el fin de explicar satisfactoriamente su presencia y terminar con consejas y alarmas.
