PERPIGNAN. -- Mr. Damien Siguères, 56-year-old, retired customs officer, stated to have seen on the road, close to his home, in the suburbs of Perpignan, a large red sphere. From it left a big man, dressed like a diver. Having walked around his craft, the "diver" hurriedly got back inside while Mr. Siguères' two dogs rushed towards him.
The craft then rose without noise and disappeared at an extraordinary speed.
Mr. Siguères was then at about thirty meters of the craft, of which no trace was found on the ground.
