IS THIS THE FLYING SAUCER? -- Sitting on his front porch in Lake City, a suburb of Seattle, Wash., Coast Guardsman Frank Ryman saw a "white saucer" flashing across the evening sky. Before it zoomed away, he managed to snap this picture. Arrow indicates white speck which, says Ryman, is the mysterious "flying saucer."
