Ussel, September 13. -- A farmer from the hamlet of Mourieras, in the commune of Bugeat (Corrèze), Mr. Antoine Mazaud, has just told the gendarmes that he conversed with the passenger of a "flying saucer."
According to Mr. Mazaud, on September 10, at 8:30 p.m., while returning from his fields, he reportedly encountered on a path an unknown individual of normal height, wearing a helmet without ear flaps, who shook his hand and embraced him while speaking unintelligible words.
The man then climbed into a cigar-shaped craft, three to four meters long, which, taking off vertically, departed in the direction of the west, making no more noise than the buzzing of a bee.
The gendarmes went to the site, but no trace of the passage of the "craft" was found.
