Description and charistics are as follows: "Shape of object: Elongated One. Aerodynamic features: None observed. Contrail: Yes. Unknown propulsion. Approximate speed: 1500 MPH. No sound. No manoeuvers. Sighted for 10 minutes..."
A good sample of a "CIRVIS" report, copy transmitted to the CIA, which, as everybody knows "has no interest in UFO who are weather balloon or the Moon".
