Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

Argentinian ufologist Vitorio Corradi reportedly told that in Mendoza, Argentina, in October 1978, in the night, two factory guards encountered strange being, one meter tall, who seemed to hop on one leg.

Using some sort of device, not described, the being allegedly suspended the two guards above the ground, then after other jumps it flew far away in the sky and disappeared.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Mendoza, Argentina, on October 1978, at night, two guards at a local factory encountered a strange three-foot tall dwarf that seemed to hop in one leg. Using some type of machinery or apparatus the being suspended the two witnesses above the ground. After some jumping and hoping about the dwarf flew off into the sky and disappeared. No other information.

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "Fortean Times #31. Quoting V Corradi."

No other information."

The source indication is a broken link.

Vitorio Corradi, cited as source, is a professor of language and literature of Mendoza, Argentina, investigating UFO sighting reports in the area.

Of course the report is so meager that all I can say is that either this was a quite weird alien, or this is all invented by the men or some newspaperman for example.
