A web catalogue says that according to US ufologist David Webb, on July 16, 1978, at 09:00, in Martins Bay, Beachav, New Zealand, three "objects" about 40 feet across were observed "in a bedroom, for several hours" by a female witness named Arnerich. The web catalogue says occupants of "the craft" were seen, and animal reactions to the objects were reported.

The website indicates that on July 16, 1978, at 09:00, in Martins Bay, Beachav, New Zealand, objects were observed, occupants of the craft were seen, and animal reactions to the objects were reported.

The website adds that three objects, about 40 feet across, were observed in snowy weather by one female witness, an "experienced observor" named Arnerich, in a bedroom, for several hours.

Points to consider:

Considering the manner in which the source reports on cases, i.e. in "synthetized" manner, nothing reliable is assured here.

For example, when [ud1] writes about the UFO, it is sometimes "three objects" sometimes "a craft"; cases known to have occurred "at night" get a precise hour without reason, witnesses about whom nothing is known are granted the title of "experienced observor", the place is said to be "in" a bedroom whereas it was perhaps "from the" bedroom, etc. In fact it is not even sure that there were "occupants observed."

David Webb was clearly just publishing summaries of cases without too much checking and research. As of "Xenolog", it was a bulletin where necessary prudence did not prevail at all.
