Quebec ufologist Marc Leduc reportedly said that in Rigaud, Quebec, Canada, on April 11, 1978, at 07:20 p.m., two young girls, Sylvie Legare and Miline Pasquiers, were playing outside their home in a field, when they heard a very loud noise coming from above them.
Looking up, they allegedly saw a large object descending above them. A bright beam of light was then directed at the girls from the object. The object was shiny orange in color, oval shaped, with a transparent dome on top.
Inside the dome the girls saw two "pilots" with large slanted glowing green eyes, both wearing what appeared to be aluminum colored outfits.
One of the humanoids looked down at the witnesses with a "satisfied" look on his face.
The whole time both girls remained paralyzed unable to move, they both returned to a normal state as the craft departed.

The fact that the ages of the girls is not reported makes me quite suspicious about the credibility of their story and the seriousness of the investigation, if there was an investigation.
Another suspiceous feature is that the girls allegedly distinguished not just details of the entities, but even an emotion on a face, whereas these entities are inside a craft. This demands quite particular conditions, a very short distance, a truly transparent dome. This cannot be excluded, but can give reason for thinking that this was just a tale of imaginative children. Perhaps an investigation report contains items that ensure more solidity to the story, but where is this investigation report, if it exists?
"Miline" is an unusual firstname, it may be a mispell for "Mylène", and "Pasquiers" could be "Pasquier", and "Legare" might rather be "Legaret" or "Legaré".
