MARCH 28, 1973, ROBESONIA, PENNSYLVANIA, USA, CLYDE O. DONAHOWER AND HIS WIFE:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

During the 1973 UFO reports flap in the USA, there were sightings of UFOs with occupants. One of the least documented is that of March 28, 1973, on a farm in Robesonia, Pennsylvania.

All that seems to be known is that Mr. and Mrs. Clyde O. Donahower reported to the local authorities that they had watched an unidentified craft land on their farm. They said the craft remained stationary for some 30 minutes and that they could see entities moving inside.

Apparently, the police was called, but the craft had gone before they arrived.

Narratives:

[Ref. gf1:] GEORGE FAWCETT:

The author notes that among the most controversial of all the sightings of the 1973 US UFO flap, were the sightings of UFO occupants on the ground or through "windows" in low level flights, that were reported in conjunction with landings and/or near landings in twelve states and two countries overseas, was the March 28, Robesonia, Pennsylvania, sighting.

[Ref. js1:] JOHN SPENCER:

The author indicates that in March 1973, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde O. Donahower reported to the local authorities that they had watched an unidentified craft land on their Robesonia, Pennsylvania, farm. They said they saw a vehicle that remained stationary for some thirty minutes, and claimed that they could see entities moving inside. The police was called, but the craft had gone before they arrived.

[Ref. ar1:] ALBERT ROSALES:

In his preliminary list of cases missing or otherwise not found but known to have been documented or reported in which humanoids of one form or another were encountered, Albert Rosales indicates the March 28 1973 Robesonia, Pennsylvania as one of those.

Points to consider:

The crudely sparse information does not allow for any comments. The case might have been an observation or extraterrestrial visitors, or a confusion, or a hoax.
