NOVEMBER 8, 1965, MARACAIBO LAKE, VENEZUELA, THREE FAMILIES:
Brief summary of the event and follow-up:
An article by Fabio Picasso in Strange Magazine reportedly told that in Venezuela, at the Maracaibo Lake, on November 8, 1965, at an unknown time, three families claimed to have seen a weird creature, resembling a large snake with three heads like that of the humans.
Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that in Maracaibo Lake, Venezuela, on November 8, 1965, at an unknown time, three families reported seeing a bizarre creature, reported as resembling a large serpent with three human-like heads. No other information.
Albert Rosales indicates as source Fabio Picasso, Strange Magazine #20.
Points to consider:
Maracaibo Lake is an inlet of the Caribbean Sea between northwestern Venezuela and Colombia, the largest natural lake in South America, with an area of 5.130 square miles.
The report is extremely poor in information, without credibility items, and likely without intrinsic relationship to the UFO occupants question.
Two-headed and three-headed animals are rare but their existence is without questions. A recent three-headed case was about a turtle discovered in 1999 in Taiwan:
Such discoveries often create a stir in the newspapers, and this story might be such an example, possible with some exaggeration about the three heads of the serpent being "human-like."
