Brief summary of the event and follow-up:
A US flying saucers bulletin of 1969 apparently told that in Jose de San Martin, Argentina, on March 30, 1965 at an unspecified time, three objects were seen flying over the city, and one of them appeared to land outside of town.
Local police went to the site and upon arriving saw two humanoids standing 15 feet southeast of a landed bluish white cigar shaped object.
After apparently hearing the police car, the beings ran to the object and scampered up a ramp leading to one of the ends of the cigar; which then rose straight up until it was lost to sight.
An area of flattened grass was found on the landing site.

"Flying Saucer Digest" is a quarterly newsletter by the "United Aerial Phenomena Agency" (UAPA), Allen J. Manak editor, somehow sensationalist, with UFO sighting reports, not necessarily verified, that has been around about 1967-1969.
I found no other trace of the alleged event; which should thus be regarded as dubious.
