In an extract of his Francat catalogue, Michel Figuet recorded that the CE3 case in Miramas in France the on 03.17.1959 was elucidated, by the VERONICA group, and he indicates that the source is VERONICA N.7 pages 34,35.

Points to consider:

Negative cases, i.e., cases that received a commonplace explanation, are just as important as other cases as they allow to evaluate it there are differences between them and the other cases. They should be documented just as thoroughly. Unfortunately the available documentation on this case is insufficient.
