[Ref. jv1:] JACQUES VALLEE:

In his catalogue of UFO landings, Jacques Vallée indicates that on November 8, 1957, at night, in Waterloo, Iowa, Paul Rutledge saw an 16 meters long object flying over his garage. The top part was bright, and there were two figures visible inside.

Vallée indicates that his source is "M 266."

Points to consider:

In his catalogue, Jacques Vallée generally designates "Aime Michel", a French pioneer of the ufology, when he indicates "M" as source, and "266" would represent the page. However, I could find no mention of this case at this page nor elsewhere in any Aime Michel book. For the time being, I found absolutely no other information about that case.
