Summer 1947, Shipdam, Norfolk, U-K., a young boy:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

In the 2000's, Albert rosales reported in his online CE3 catalogue that Sheridan Lane told in Quest's UFO Magazine Vol. 11, Nr 2, that near Shipdam, Norfolk, England one afternoon in the Summer of 1947, a young boy was playing in a wooded field, when he caught sight of a silvery torpedo-shaped craft in a clearing.

Several four-foot tall humanoid figures stood next to the object. They were described as well-built, wearing dark green close fitting coveralls. They had what appeared to be glossy black hair and seemed to be wearing dark wraparound visors.

The beings seemed to be inspecting the craft and were moving about quickly.

[Ref. uc1:] "UFO-CO.DE" WEBSITE:

This website indicates that in the summer of 47 near Shipdam in Norfolk, England, a boy was playing on a wooded area when a "silver torpedo" landed near him. A 120-cm-tall creature comes out of it in a dark green jumpsuit. It had glossy black hair and a "visor", and seemed to examine her vehicle and disappeared again. The site indicates that the little witness was lucky with his "visitor" because those who appeared in Langley, British Columbia, Canada in summer were less funny and recall the "modern" phenomenon of the RR4 with its "strangled" creatures.

The website recalls that in 1946 there were "ghost rockets" that were reported in Sweden and many other parts of Europe.

Points to consider:

Quest Publications was founded by Graham W. Birdsall and his brother Mark Birdsall and published the UK’s "UFO Magazine" from the early 1980s until 2004. The Birdsall brothers also organised many UFO conferences and related events.

This report has all the feature of a report whose explanation is impossible to assess:

This could have been a totally invented report sent by letter or email to UFO Magazine, or some misinterpretation caused by a landed helicopter and its crew, or some extraterrestrial craft and its crew. I guess I will never know.
