1910 OR 1939, BOISSEY, AIN, FRANCE, J. PERRET:

Brief summary of the event and follow-up:

In 1910, or 1939, depending on the meager sources, in Chevroux, the hamlet of Boisey in the Ain, France, one Mr. Perret was allegedly crossing a wood to meet friends, when he felt a presence behind him.

Looking back, he allegedly saw a 3 meters tall human silhouette moving towards him.

He was panicked and fled. The next day, he came back on the spot but found no trace.

The story is said to come from the issue of a sensationnalist magazine of 1975.

The author indicates that one night in 1910 in Chevroux, in the hamlet of Boisey in the Ain, Mr. Perret, in a wood, saw a huge human silhouette, 3 meters tall, moving towards him.

He was panicked and fled, thus escaping this being.

The next day, he reconsidered the spot but did not find any clue.

Eric Zurcher indicates as reference: "L'insolite", #1, page 20, July 75.

Albert Rosales indicates in his catalogue that near Boisey, France, in 1939, at an unknown time, the witness, 18, was walking through a wood on his way to meet some friends when he felt a presence behind him. He turned and saw the silhouette of "an immense human form," 10 ft tall, moving toward him. He ran. No traces were found.

The source is indicated as "J Perret, L’Insolite # 1".

Albert Rosales indicates that in St. Didier sur Rochefort, Loire, France, in 1914, , at 04:00 a.m., "A Mr. Perret was at home sleeping when someone tapping on his back suddenly awakened him. He turns and sees a luminous being the size of a 10-12 year old child. The being had a white glittering face and wore a very shiny outfit. He illuminated the room completely. The being then walked through the door and vanished. An afterglow remained behind for about 3 seconds. The frightened witness remained in bed."

Albert Rosales indicates that the source is "LDLN # 243".

The website says that in 1913 at "21:00", in "Chevroux, Hameau, France", "A young man walking through a wooded area on his way to join an army unit heard noises and felt a presence behind him. Upon turning around he saw a 3-meter tall human-like figure approaching him taking great strides. Terrified the young man ran away from the area and did not look back."

The source reference is a broken link.

The author says that according to his source this case occurred "some years before 1914."

J.M. Perret's grandfather, at the time 18-year-old, crossed the woods near the hamlet of Boisey in Chevroux in the Ain in France to join friends and participate an evening, when he felt a presence behind him. He turned around and saw "a huge human form" at least three meters tall approaching him. The frightened witness fled.

Jean Sider says his source is L'Insolite, #1 for July 1975, page 20, accordinf to a communication by Joël Mesnard.

An 18 year old youth was walking through some woods to meet his friends for a game of cards, when he felt a presence behind him. Turning round he saw an indistinct humanoid form 3m tall coming towards him, at which the youth ran off. Next day he checked but could not see anything which could have caused an illusion

The author indicates that in Chevroux, in the hamlet of Boisey, in the Ain, in 1910 at night, Mr. Perret was crossing a wood when he saw a huge human silhouette of 3 meters heading towards him. Panicked, he fled. The next day, he returned to the place but found no clue.

Julien Gonzalez indicates that his sources are L'Insolite Nr. 1 of July 1975 on page 20 and Jean Sider in "Les Extraterrestres avant les Soucoupes Volantes" page 198.

Points to consider:

"L'Inconnu" was "the magazine for Esotericism and Alternatives Disciplines", published by the "Société de presse Esotérique".
