May 9, 1990, Andenne:
SOBEPS gave the following information: there was one witness, the sighting was in Andenne, on May 9, 1990, at 11:30 p.m.
The witness said:
- The height the craft was flying was: almost touching the rooftops.
- It moved at a speed of about 50 to 60 km/h, point forward.
- It had 4 white projectors of a diameter of about 1 to 1.5 meters.
- At the center of the craft was a red lamp smaller that the white projectors.
- On the left and the right of the red light at the center of the craft, there was a green light and a blue light, of a diameter of about 0.30 meters.
- All the tour of the craft was lighted by a kind or row of white flashing lights. The witness told of a sort of "serpentine"; which suggests the lights might have been moving around the craft's tout, or might have been flashing is sequence. SOBEPS compares it to another case where there were such lights around the craft that were "animated of a circular move" (around the craft?).

The report contains a black and white outline hand drawn sketch of the reported craft.
The sketch I did on the left matches the latter in every aspect except that the colour for the craft is arbitrary, and colors such as "red", "green", "blue" are interpreted literally. The row of little white lights surrounding the craft were described as flashing, the "red" and "blue" lights were flashing alternatively, the other lights were steady.
The sketch caption specifies that the many little lights around the central red light were looking like "stars".
The size of each larger white lights, described as projectors, was estimated between 1.0 to 1.5 meters in diameter; this means the craft's rear base was 10 to 15 meters large.
