On November 29, 1989, in Waterloo, around 7:25 p.m., Mrs. B. perceived an "excessively bright" object that moved silently from east to west in the sky, a little slower than planes at the same altitude, but without flashing lights.
It was followed by another object of the same type.
Mrs. B. found this was so amazing that she called her husband, who confirmed the observation.
They both ruled out the possibility that it was a plane because shortly after a plane flew on a very similar path and they perfectly heard its noise and saw its flashing lights.
