In their second book on the Belgium flap, SOBEPS mentioned an excerpt from a testimony noted as an observation for November 29 at 06:45 p.m. in Lambermont with a single witness:

He reportedly observed "these three lights" that seemed to be on a dark thing whose precise shape he did not distinguish. The three lights produced a strong white light, and towards the center, a red flashing light was visible.

It moved at a moderate speed, at a distance evaluated as 200 meters and a height of about 100 meters, and no noise was heard.

Further on, it is stated that the witness observed three lights that seem arranged on a "carrier", dark, of solid aspect, whose precise shape is not distinguished. The three lights emitted a strong white light. Towards the middle, a flashing red light was visible. The phenomenon moved at moderate speed, at a distance evaluated as approximately 200 meters away and at an altitude of about 100 meters.

No noise was perceivable.

There is a summary for this observation, published on the web by the Belgian ufologist Godelieve Van Overmeire in her catalog circa 1999, now gone, but much copied by UFO websites and forums. This summary is as follows:

06:45 p.m., a single witness. ... observes these three lights that seem arranged on a dark solid support, whose precise shape is not distinguished. The three lights emit a strong white light.
