SOBEPS gives this information:
On November 29, 1989, at approximately 05:20 p.m., Mrs. M., Executive Secretary, drove near Andrimont on the highway from Verviers to Battice, when she saw in the sky a biconvex elongate light with three rectangles set one behind the other along the axis of the object's body.
These rectangles were "like windows", producing a strong yellow-gold light.
At an end of the object, there was a red flashing light.
The distance has not been determined.

The witness driving a car on the highway Verviers-Battice, near Andrimont, sees at 05:20 p.m. in the sky a biconvex body with three bright rectangles arranged one behind the other along the axis of the object. They are like windows producing a strong white-yellow light. One end of the object has a red flashing light. (VOB 1 - SOBEPS 1991, p 28.)

aBOVE: The highway between Verviers and Battice (green dot). The witness is said to be on this section of the highway near Andrimont (blue dot), I marked this spot with the smaller red dot. This would have been in or near Dison.
This is probably a witness report to the SOBEPS without investigation - investigators were overwhelmed by the number of observations reports that night, and all reports were therefore not investigated.
When there are "windows" lit in the night in one of these UFO sightings, some commentators believe that these are the portholes of a helicopter, lit from within.
Here, the "biconvex dhape" could have a been rather rough description of a helicopter of the CH-47 "Chinook" type. Unfortunately, its windows are round. They also have no reason to be lit. Its position lights and flashing position lights should have been seen.
Maybe the best to assess the possibility of a helicopter descreibed as biconvex is to watch a Chinook helicopter, here first by day and then by night, and to compare this show with the sighting report:
