A catalog compiled from files of Jean Giraud and Jean Gérard Dohmen, in the ufology magazine INFO-OVNI, in 1975, indicated that in October 1954, at La Souteraine in the Creuse department, above the wood of Chateaurenant, witnesses saw the moves of an orange-colored spherical object moving southward.
The catalog indicated that the source is the newspaper La Montagne for October 19, 1954.
