July 24, 1954, Osméry, Cher:

Summary:

Aimé Michel mentions in his article for the magazine Fate in the USA in August 1957 a sighting in Osmery during "the days that followed" July 24, 1954; he gave neither details nor sources, only indicating that at that time only local newspapers were talking about such facts.

A US ufology website, in the 2000s, indicates that according to Jacques Vallée's computerized catalog, on July 24, 1954, at 09:00 in Osmery, France, there was a "Procession of objects. Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. Many objects were observed by three witnesses for five minutes. Explanation: Planet."

Reports:

[Ref. aml2:] AIME MICHEL:

But during the days that followed [July 24, 1954] similar observations [as the sighting in Talence] were made at Osmery, [... other cases...] and other places. The remarkable thing was that only the local papers made mention of these sightings. As a consequence the witnesses had no way of knowing that other persons in other places were having the same experiences.
