Ufologist and author Aimé Michel reports briefly that in Malakoff in Paris, there were vague indications on some sighting of which it is impossible to tell if it was a shooting star or not, although its reported movement seemed to slow for a shooting star.

[Ref. lc1:] LUC CHASTAN:

Luc Chastan indicates in his database that in the Haut de Seine in Malakoff on September 23, 1954 at an unknown hour there was an "Observation of a slowly moving object."

The source is indicated as "M.O.C. by Michel Aimé ** Arthaud 1958".

[Ref. ud1:] "UFODNA" WEBSITE:

The website indicates that on 23 September 1954 in daytime in Malakoff, France, "A daytime disc was reported. Explanation: Meteor."

The source is indicated as Michel, Aime, Flying Saucers and the Straight-Line Mystery, S. G. Phillips, New York, 1958.
