[Ref. jg1:] JIMMY GUIEU:

Science fiction writer and ufology pioneer Jimmy Guieu indicates that in Fuveau, in the Rhone delta, on February 22, 1954 at 07:01 p.m., an object in the shape of a cigar was observed in the sky. It was motionless above the city, then took again its slow and silent flight.

[Ref. lc1:] LUC CHASTAN:

Luc Chastan indicates that in the Bouches du Rhône in Fuveau on February 22, 1954 at 19:01 hours, "a cigar is observed. It immobilizes himself above the city. It then resumes its slow and silent flight."

La source est indiquée comme "Black-out sur les Soucoupes volantes par Guieu Jimmy ** Fleuve Noir 1956 omnium 1977".

[Ref. ud1:] "UFODNA" WEBSITE:

The website indicates that on 22 February 1954 around 1900 in Aix, Fuveau, France, "An unidentified object was sighted, but with appearance and behavior that most likely would have a conventional explanation. One object was observed by several female witnesses (Guieu)."

The sources are indicated as Guieu, Jimmy, Flying Saucers Come from Another World, Citadel, New York, 1956.

Not looked for yet. Possible blimp, balloon.

There are only 15 kilometers from downtown Fuveau to downtown Aix; thus the Fuveau case and the d'Aix that same day might be the same single case.
